The NavisRx® Online Privacy Statement applies to NavisRx and our affiliates’ Web sites, Landing pages, email and other marketing efforts. Below are some of the highlights of the Statement.
Personal Information
We collect your personal information for various purposes, such as processing your order, corresponding with you, providing you with a free trial or subscription.
We may combine the information we collect from you with information obtained from other sources to help us improve its overall accuracy and completeness, and to help us better customize our interactions with you. Furthermore, we may also collect information relating to your use of our Web sites, Landing pages, and Email through the use of various technologies, including cookies.
Typical situations wherein we collect such data:
To contact you for customer satisfaction surveys, market research or in connection with the use of our software platform, web site, landing pages, and email.
To support products or services you have obtained from us.
By NavisRx and selected organizations for marketing purposes if you have permitted such use.

NavisRx's Software Products and SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) Privacy Statement
This Privacy Statement covers the privacy practices that NavisRx employs when providing support, consulting, or hosting services (the “Services”) to NavisRx clients through NavisRx Software products and Software-as-a-Service solutions (“Software Offerings”). NavisRx provides this Privacy Statement to clarify NavisRx’s role as a processor where NavisRx processes services data on behalf of NavisRx clients through NavisRx Push Software Platform. The NavisRx Push Software Platform typically allows clients to access their own data. Where the Platform perform certain functionality like building business reports, email alerts, and automate related tasks.

Such services data (“Services Data”) is data that NavisRx has provided access to in connection with the Software Services, such as data accessed through a Software-as-a-Service environment (e.g., NavisRx Push Intelligence Software Platform) or data accessed through test, development and production environments. NavisRx treats Services Data in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the NavisRx agreement for the Software Offerings and related Services with the NavisRx client.

Services Data Use. Services Data may be accessed and used to fulfill the requirements specified in the NavisRx customer agreement for Services or Software Offerings. NavisRx technical staff may require periodic access to Services Data to monitor system performance, test systems and develop bug fixes and implement upgrades to the platforms. Any temporary copies of Services Data created as a necessary part of this process are only maintained for time periods relevant to those purposes. NavisRx may also be required to provide personal information to comply with legally mandated reportings, disclosure or other legal process requirements. NavisRx reserves a limited right to disclose any personally identifiable information we receive if required by law or valid order of a court or other governmental authority, or if needed to protect the health and safety of NavisRx employees, a client’s employees, or the general public.

NavisRx may transfer and access Services Data globally as required for the purposes specified above. If NavisRx hires subcontractors to assist in providing Services, their access to Services Data will be consistent with the terms of the relevant NavisRx customer agreement and this NavisRx Software Products and Software-as-a-Service Privacy Statement.

NavisRx does not use Services Data except as stated above or as provided in the relevant NavisRx customer agreement. NavisRx may process Services Data, but does not control on NavisRx client’s information collection or use practices for Services Data. In the event that NavisRx client provides any Services Data to NavisRx, the client is responsible for providing any notices and/or obtaining any consents necessary for NavisRx to access and use Services Data as specified in this statement and the NavisRx customer agreement.

NavisRx’s access to Services Data is based on extracting big data from various sources and customize reporting. Some of this reporting may include email alerts from events happening within the clients’ data. Data residing in NavisRx hosted platform is managed via account management framework. As NavisRx clients control access to Services Data by its end-users, end-users should direct any requests related to their personal information to NavisRx clients.

Updating or Modifying these online Privacy Statement
NavisRx reserves the right to modify or supplement this NavisRx Software Product and Software-as-a-Service Privacy Statement at any time. The most recent version of the NavisRx Software Product and Software-as-a-Service Privacy Statement will appear on this website with the relevant modification date.
